Fiscal imbalance Ignorance in Print

No surprise it was in a Sun paper which are barely better than the enquirer. The ignorance purported by this writer and condoned by the editors of this paper lends credence to the terminology of red neck and hill billy.
Comments:
Ahh yes he may be ignorant but just think of the room full of editors that read the article and allowed it to be published.
Now there is the real ignorance.

I can see one person losing sight of the big picture while writing a piece and not reviewing it but for a room full of editors to even paruse the article and still let it go to print really says something about the press and the opinions of upalongs with regard to Newfoundland/Labradors place in confederation.

Besides wasn't the Fiscal imbalance supposed to be about the disparities of existing funding between the Provinces and the figment of a country called Ottawa. I say figment of a country called Ottawa because with the provinces to leach of and suck dry Ottawa and by association Ontario wouldn't exist.

Oh that article was posted in the Calgary Sun. You would think they would know better what with all the hullabalu they kicked up over the nationalization of the oil industry back in the 70's.

And here we are being black mailed with our own oil resources by Esso and theres nothing we can do about it because Ottawa has a controling interest and isn't willing to back our call for a stake in what is rightfully ours wholely and completely. Alberta ran ino a similar scenario but since they own their oil outright they unilaterally implemented a fallow fallow field legislation 3 years use it or lose it.

The federallies have their fingers in all of our pies and we wonder why we keep getting shit on. Ottawa is Ontario with 106 seats out of 308 and no equality anywhere else in this phony democratic/Imperialist state of Ontario.
