Recycled GBS

What do you do with a GBS Gravity Based Structure once all of the oil has been sucked out of the earth?
Put in the middle of the Straight jacket of Belle Isle and use it as a pier for a fixed link. Either a suspended bridge, or a Intermodal Cable car set up.
