Premier has to much on his plate
I think Mr Williams needs to set up some committees or something along those lines to take care of some of these issues. He would have the final say and input but these individual committees would be busy working full time on these particular issues.
Hebron Ben-Never
-Fallow field
Lower Churchill
-Loan Guarantees (Forgive if I'm wrong but isn't that like a co signer?)
-National Power Corridor
(I think he actually has a committee in the NL Hydro as a bargaining and negotiating team)
Equalization
-O'brien Report
Voisey's Bay
-High grading
-Over exploitation
-Refinery
Fisheries
-Federal control and mismangement
-Federal Quotas
Duck Pond Mine
-Exemption to use Trout pond and another pond as a tailings dump.
Rural Newfoundland-Labrador
-Outmigration
Direct flight to Fort Mac
-Stephenville pulp and paper mill
Plan B
-Harbour Breton
Rationalization of fishery
Just to name a few of the more prominant issues.
Leadership is leading groups and individuals it isn't always about being in front of the charge of the light brigade.
