Federal Liberal leadership candidate Gerard Kennedy says he's all for 'shared prosperity', and that includes reinstating the nearly 40 percent of federal government jobs lost to the province in recent years. Kennedy spent yesterday in St. John's, visiting the Community Food Sharing Association and sharing his views with local Liberals, trying to gather support for his campaign. Kennedy says it's time to develop a new Liberal approach, and he's happy with his support so far.
He must be talking about he Report from the Harris Centre Think Tank report on Declining Federal presence in Newfoundland/Labrador.
