Keep your friends close and your enemies closer

Ok so if these buracrats in DFO have never seen a fish let alone caught one whos fault is that? The fishermen for not inviting them out and befriending them.

Council of the federation would be a great time to take our enemies out for a tourism/food fishery. Just a thought.
