Prison vote VS DND vote
I'd be really curious to see what he results from ridings with a high percentage of prisoners would be? IE: Dorchester in NB, Spring Hill in NS, Hope in BC.
Same could be said for ridings with a high percentage of military members? IE, Cold Lake AB, The Island in BC, Halifax NS, Gagetown NB.
Newfoundland and Labrador doesn't need to worry because we don't have a high percentage of either to sway the vote one way or the other. No federal penitentary, two bases one in GAnder and one in Goose bay in name only with literally no troops stationed there.
These musings are obviously about the Conservaties policies to get tough on crime and increase the military back to somewhat the shadow of it once was. 90,000 troops versus 50,000 officers and gentlemen that it is now.

Prisoners vote in the ridings they lived in, or were convicted in, not in the riding the pen is in.
Military electors vote in the ridings they enlisted from, not the riding they are stationed in, for the most part.
Goose Bay does not have "literally no troops stationed there". You might wish to look up the meaning of the words "literally" and "no".
